Why Elect Todd Greenwood for the Milton Board of
Assessors?
We need an Independent Voice on the Board.
Additionally, we need fresh perspectives and up-to-date
skills. The median tenure of the Board now is over 45
years. That is almost half a century. The time for
change is now!
The huge swings in property values and taxation rates
over the last 10 years has created assessment
challenges for the Town that simply have not existed in
the past.
I have built a professional career on the use of factual
data to drive unbiased decision making. Also, I possess
the most current training for Assesment Administration as
provided by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
I respectfully ask for you to vote for me, Todd Greenwood
for Board of Assessors in the Milton MA town elections
that are to be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
